Coaching offers a space to discuss topics that are most important in your present without being advised, judged, or rushed to a solution. The conversations are designed to help you explore your thinking, consider different perspectives, and arrive at decisions that feel clear and grounded for you. No topic is off limits - so long as our focus is anchored towards the now and forward. Your coach is an accountability partner to your goals and follow-through.
-
Coaching supports clearer thinking and more intentional decisions — whether you’re leading others or navigating important choices in your own work and life.
Through thoughtful conversation and reflection, coaching can support:
• Greater self-awareness and awareness of the systems and environments you operate within
• More deliberate, less reactive decision-making
• A stronger presence and steadiness in complex or demanding situations
• Greater alignment between your intentions, actions, and outcomesFor those in leadership roles, the benefits often extend beyond the individual — influencing team dynamics, organizational culture, and overall performance.
-
My approach draws on professional coaching training and structured inquiry to support clear thinking and intentional action.
I offer a focused, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, explore ideas, and challenge your own assumptions.
In conversation, I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and act as a sounding board as you navigate decisions or goals. My role is to help you observe your own thinking more objectively so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
At times, I’ll help you notice patterns in your thinking or introduce you to tools that deepen reflection. Over time, many clients find they gain greater clarity, confidence, and momentum in the areas that matter most to them.
And well, while reflecting, we’ll likely laugh a little too.
-
Sessions take place virtually, offering a consistent space you can return to from wherever you are. Most clients reserve a weekly or bi-monthly time, while keeping the flexibility to schedule additional sessions through my online calendar as needed.
-
My coaching model is based on longer-term engagements that support ongoing, consistent work together. Most clients choose between 3-, 6-, 12-, or 18-month partnerships depending on the level of support, reflection, and transformation they’re seeking. This structure creates continuity in our conversations and allows space for deeper integration and sustainable growth over time.
The first hour and a half of coaching is not charged. It’s an opportunity for us to explore the process together, ensure there’s a strong fit, and give you space to experience the value of the work before committing to a longer-term engagement.
After our initial conversations, I provide a proposal aligned with the scope, duration, and objectives of the engagement.
COMMON QUESTIONS
I don’t have the answers, and I won’t be telling you what to do.
That can sometimes come as a surprise, I remember feeling the same way when I first experienced coaching as a client.
Coaching is a structured thought partnership
It’s designed to help you step back, reflect, and move with greater clarity and intention. Rather than offering advice or directing outcomes, it creates space for inquiry, perspective, and accountability so you can generate your own insights and take purposeful action.
Our shared goal is to create the space for thoughtful reflection and meaningful progress.
When helpful, we may draw on structured exercises or tools to spark insight, deepen awareness, and build momentum. Together, we’ll surface the answers that move you forward.
